On Wednesday, I emailed you about the "low hanging fruit" concept in marketing. If you missed the email, you can still read it by clicking here.
As a product has been in the market for longer and longer, the conversions drop because it is no longer new. The trick is how you keep the conversions up as long as possible.
Here are a couple of ways to revive a lagging promotion:
1. Increase the bonuses
One way to get conversions back on track is to give an extra bonus to everyone who joins. This will increase the benefits and get more people to join. When your conversions start to drop a bit, you can give away something valuable like a free solo ad to join your opportunity or subscribe to your list. It boosts traffic and conversions.
2. Change the Landing Page
Often you can increase conversions simply by making the signup page look different. People become blind to the most common pages and offers. They have seen it so many times that they don't even notice it anymore. Changing the headlines, images or background can make it look alike new offer.
If these ideas make no difference in your statistics, then it might be time to try a new offer.
