Today, I want to talk about finding advertising sources for your business.
There are two important questions you should answer before you start searching.
1. Who are your ideal prospects?
2. Where are they already spending their time and attention?
You want to go and try to get their attention where they already are. So when thinking about where to find them, that has to be the guiding principle.
If your ideal prospects are people interested in losing weight, you wouldn't spend a lot of time in the safelists. That isn't where they congregate. Of course, there may be a few of them in there, but most of the audience are NOT seeking diets or pills.
Are your ideal prospects spending a lot of time on social media, like Facebook? Where on Facebook, do they hang out together?
You have to go where the audience already is and then figure out how to get your message in front of them and noticed. If there is a high concentration of your ideal prospects there, then you will get results.
If your ideal prospects are people interested in making money online and seeking free traffic then just launched traffic sites are the place where you should go first. This is when most of the members are paying the highest attention to the ads they are receiving.
