In my "Evolution to Success" email, I talked about the 4 different levels of online marketing success. If you missed it, you can still read it by clicking here.
I mentioned in that email, that you should not start trying to consistently sell until you have already mastered levels 1 and 2, and had built an email list of at least 1,000 subscribers. However, when you get that level, you have an important question to answer.
What should I sell to my list?
My advice is to not reinvent the wheel.
What you want to sell ideally is a superior version of a product that is already selling well in your market... with superior advertising.
Even if you cannot find a superior version of a product, you can still look at what other people are selling to the same kind of people that you have on your list, and come up with better marketing and promotions.
If you see a person promoting something for a long period of time and you see their advertising everywhere, then it is for a reason. It's working. If you model what you are promoting to your list after what they are doing, you will probably also be successful.
You need to understand your list, then look for what they are already buying and find a way to promote those products to them in a way that makes you money.
Model what is working, but add your own angle or ideas to make it unique.
I hope that you are putting this information into action. If you are not sure how to get started, then reply to this email and I will give you a hand.
