In my last email, I wrote to you about how you have to make sacrifices and change yourself into the person who deserves the success that you want. If you missed that email, then you can still read it by clicking here.
Today, I am going to offer you a trick on how to motivate yourself to do it.
Most of us know what we need to do to accomplish our goals. If you want to lose weight, then we know that we have to sacrifice by not eating certain foods and working out more. The problem isn't knowing how to achieve our goals, it is getting ourselves to do it.
I was watching a video the other day that talked about this problem and said that one way to get yourself to do the hard things is to "raise the necessity".
You have to have a way to make achieving your goals a necessity, rather than just a "nice to have". That difference is often all in your head, so it is something you can control.
You can figure out any "how" if you have a big enough reason "why".
For most people, the biggest reason why they must do things is for other people. We will keep working a bad job and not make the changes to fix the problem. However, we will work harder to help someone we love to not have to work in a job they hate. We are motivated more to help others, than to help ourselves.
So ask this question about your online business ... "WHO are you doing this for and why?" Who is counting on you to get results?
When you think about watching television instead of working on your business, think about the person who is counting on you getting results. When you sit down to work and are distracted by social media instead of doing the necessary work, think about who needs you to be delivering your "A" game today.
Raising the necessity for why you need to accomplish anything in your life will make you much more focused to do the work.
If you need help in figuring out what to focus on in your business to get better results, the please reply to this email. I would love to help you.
