My last email was about how you need to be a user of programs, not just a joiner. You can still read it by clicking here.
I understand how easy it is to forget about all the programs you join and time flies by so quickly that a month has gone by and you haven't even logged in.
That is why you need to keep your top programs organized to get the most out of them. One of the reasons people don't get more results is because they are not consistently using the best tools they have bought and paid for.
I prefer to use a task manager Asana to list all the mailers that I belong to. I have the website address of each site and it's name, plus how often I can email (if it is a mailer). That way I make sure that I don't miss any mailing intervals.
You can also use a spreadsheet. Divide it into different sections or at least order it with the best converting sites at the top. That way you make sure that those are not missed. Just start at the top of the list and work your way down, mailing from each one.
It doesn't matter how to keep track of them as long as you have a system which is simple and easy for you to understand and maintain. You could write the site's names out on a notepad with a pencil if you want ... just keep track of the list and let it guide your daily actions.
Let me know if you want help building your list. I am here for you.
