In my last email, I shared my results from my "Amazing Credits Giveaway" promotion which has now added 300 subscribers to my mailing list in less than 2 weeks.
I created a lead capture page which I promote in the safelists that offers the subscriber 50,000 credits at 5 top safelists just for joining the 5 programs from my referral link.
It has been one of my best list building promotions that I have ever done, and it all came about by me looking at the assets I had and finding a creative new way to use them.
I have belonged to these five sites for a couple of years and had an upgraded membership. With my membership came a certain amount of credits each month. I could not use the credits as quickly as they were being added to my account, so over time, I built up a lot of credits.
This large amount of credits was an asset. I could have used it by sending emails to generate traffic to my lead capture pages, but instead, I am giving them away as a lead magnet to get signups. I found a different way to make use of the asset, instead of using it how it was originally intended.
By using the asset in a new way, I have gotten 300 signups. If I had used the credits to send emails promoting another lead capture page, I would have only gotten a fraction of that. This way worked much better.
I urge you to think about the assets you have built up over the years. How can you use them in a different way that will make them even more valuable?
