One of the hardest parts of accomplishing any goal, online or offline, is the stay consistent and keep taking action, even when it is hard.
There is a reason for this, and a way to thinking about it that can keep you moving forward.
Whenever you are trying something new, or something that you are not confident about, your brain will try to come up with all the reasons why you shouldn't do it.
Did you ever notice that it only takes your brain a few seconds to come up with a list of reasons as to why you shouldn't workout right now, or why you shouldn't get out of bed? That is normal.
Your brain wants to keep you comfortable and keep you safe. If you feel the urge to do anything that is NOT comfortable or NOT safe, then your brain will try to shoot it down.
It is your own brain that is sabotaging your efforts to change your life for the better!
You need to overcome the resistance that your brain puts in your way and do it anyway, even if you are not confident of the result. You will only have confidence once your actions start to show a positive result.
Having the discipline to do the work ... even when it is hard ... is a critical trait of all successful people. You have a choice, just try to make the right one.
