It has been an interesting journey, going from a person with no list and no knowledge of marketing, to where I am today. I wanted to share it with you because it may be very similar to the journey you are on.
I came online in 2015 with the goal of making some extra income to supplement my day job. Beginning in the old PTC sites, I quickly realized that it was important to join a good opportunity.
I chose SFI and by creating my own lead capture page, added many people to the program as free members. Some upgraded and I saw the potential.
In expanding my marketing, I joined several safelists and got connected with Matthew Graves. I became a member of his Inner Circle coaching program and then things started to take off.
He taught me about the fundamentals of marketing and that I needed to focus on building a list of people who Know, Like and Trust me.
Fast forward to 2 years later, and now I have created an audience that gets me signups and sales for the programs that I recommend. My list is growing quickly by getting more productive with how I spend my time and having the systems to let me know where I need to focus my efforts.
