I am in the middle of an email series where I am sharing my "secrets" that allow me to generate 10,000 visitors a week from high-converting free traffic sources. This routinely adds 100 subscribers to my list on most weeks.
If you are working consistently on generating traffic daily, using the best converting sites, and reinvesting by upgrading your accounts, then you are well on your way to 10,000 visitors a week or more.
However, there is still a trap that you can fall into that will drastically reduce your results.
Most people get distracted from their primary goal, or they get discouraged and switch to something else before the results start coming in.
If we want things get done then we should focus on one thing at a time.
Last year I decided my ONE GOAL should be to get at least 1,000 subscribers to my email list in the next year. It is now almost 2,000 subscribers.
At the beginning, when I was doing my online tasks, I always kept in mind my goal and ask myself - does my current action help me get 1,000 subscribers?
A Facebook conversation, watching videos, reading stories. Do these activities bring me subscribers? If not then, I just cut them off. Sometimes it was not easy because the shiny objects are so hard to resist.
With time, focusing on your goal becomes a new habit. The habit is now a normal routine which brings in thousands of visitors and 100 new list members most weeks.
It is much easier to be successful when you go for one big goal rather than a huge lists of goals that never get done.
Ultimately, I want make my living by working from home and running an online business. An email list is the most important asset of any business. Building it is a prerequisite to what I want to achieve.
I hope that you can avoid the distractions and focus on building the foundation for a business that lasts.
