Last week, I was busy and could not drive as much traffic as usual. But the process of getting new subscribers did not slow down. Surprisingly, 127 new people joined my list in AWeber since my last report.
However, it should not be much of a surprise if you are aware of the Pareto Principle, also known as the 80/20 Rule.
The principle states that 80% of your results will come from 20% of your
actions. That means some things that you do have a much bigger impact than others. So, you can focus on important things, and save time and money without losing results.
For example, 80% of my signups come from 20% of the sites where I promote. It has always been true, year after year, no matter what I promoted.
Busy? Mercilessly ignore 80% of outsiders and use only 20% of top programs.
The sites in the top 20% are not always the same from one week to another, but there are sites which show up in the list more often than others. Those are the sources where you want to get the most traffic possible.
