Hi,
This is Eugene Uchuvatkin from HomeIncomeWorld. You connected with me because you opted in for one of my reports, or subscribed to the "Amazing Credits Giveaway".
In always changing marketing world it's so easy to get lost in latest trends. New technologies, tools, and services along
with new program launches and opportunities overwhelm you.
You can end up with doing nothing and being unable to answer questions like: "What path should I choose? How to separate shiny objects from things that are really important in my business? What
should I be focusing on?".
Almost always this uncertain mood can paralyse your growth and even degrade your achievements.
It's good to go back to basics during such times.
To do it, first of all, you need to know the basics. Although it's obvious, we
don't remember that, because it requires some efforts like searching and learning. However, without these efforts we can't have success.
Your first basic source should be the "Scientific Advertising" book by Claude C.
Hopkins.
The book was published in 1923, but don't treat it outdated. Each page full of nuggets and ever-green ideas, that will supercharge your business.
When I read it the first time, one thing became an eye-opener for me. It is the idea of what advertising is for:
The only purpose of advertising is to make sales. It is profitable or unprofitable according to its actual sales. It is not for general effect. It is not to keep your name before the people... Treat it as a salesman.
...
Ads are not written to interest, please or amuse. You are not writing to please the hoi-polloi. You are writing on a serious subject - the subject of money-spending.
Most people in our niche are not familiar with marketing basics, unfortunately. That's why you don't often see good copy and headline in ads.
Here you can get an advantage. Everyone is doing the "art of copy-pasting"? Then you write authentic copy so that you stand out of the herd.
No one wants to learn
and practice? Then you read core books and write everyday.
Don't know what to write? Handwrite word-by-word these books! Absorb the info and practice in one time.
It's hard, I know. It takes time and effort, even some money.
But probably
clicking is better?
Maybe it's better to join a magic program that makes anyone millionaire overnight?
I bet, you don't believe in such a program, and don't think clicking is better. I also am sure you are going to learn good stuff from Gary Halbert, Gary Bencivenga, David Ogilvy, Joe Sugarman, Eugene Schwartz, Claude Hopkins, and many many others.
There is no doubt that you will use marketing basics in your business.
But let me know what you think and what is better for
you.
Thanks.
