There is another way, that some people recommend, and that is the strategy chosen by many beginners online. That is a strategy of selling the latest new products to people who are looking for a short-term reward. You can find lots of "hot" products on platforms like JVZoo, Warrior+ and Clickbank.
Those using this strategy, email their lists or send traffic from safelists and other sources, to the sales pages of these products, hoping to make a sale. They are not focused on building a relationship with their prospects, but just making a transaction.
For the product promotion strategy, you are targeting the buyers who are more short-term and likely to impulse buy a product based on the sales page. These are of course not repeat buyers.
Our market is a place where we have fresh leads every week. However, 99% of them will quit in the next three to six months. Those using this strategy know that very well. Their goal is to sell as many products as possible before a prospect drops out.
I had a conversation with one big traffic site admin about this strategy. Here's what he said: "Are most ... products junk? Yes I would say a lot of them probably are, but people still buy them every day because they promise easy riches with little to no time."
So true!
All these products that some "creators" release every 3 weeks are just shiny objects. They never can help you build your business. They never can help your audience as well.
And what the most fun there are better alternatives... free. Take at least Google Services or Canva.
I want to warn you about using this strategy... and buying these products.
Instead use the most ethical strategy that is building an audience of people who know, like, and trust you.
Thanks.
